Nestled in a private setting with its own entrance, private driveway and screening, the cottage seamlessly blends rural living with the advantages of being just a mile away from the small village of Martock. Explore the surrounding countryside, embark on picturesque country walks, and admire the local farm animals right at your doorstep.

Step beyond the gates of this property, and you'll be embraced by sweeping vistas of the unspoiled countryside, as the vast Somerset levels unfold before your eyes, stretching for miles in every direction. Inside the cottage, the interiors are tastefully styled with a light and bright atmosphere, focusing on creating a space that promotes relaxation through natural colours and textures. The lounge has a smart TV, ensuring entertainment and comfort during your stay.

The well-appointed kitchen/diner/lounge is the perfect space for up to 4 guests to relax and enjoy shared meals. The bi-fold doors leading to the garden let the natural light flood in to this space with its vaulted ceiling, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making cooking a delightful social experience.

Outside, the private garden offers a delightful outdoor space for relaxation and al fresco dining. Immerse yourself in the calming ambiance of the surrounding natural environment, listening to the soothing sounds of birdsong as you enjoy drinks and meals.

The cottage offers two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin singles. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable mattresses and cotton linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a spacious walk-in shower for your convenience.

Please note that EV charging is not available on site; however, there are charging points just 1 mile away in the local village of Martock. Additionally, the second bedroom is situated upstairs and accessed via a relatively steep, space-saving staircase. We kindly ask you to consider this when making your booking, and if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
