There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob), connected to a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, Smart TV with DVD, and ceiling fan. It also includes a pantry, garage/storage room, high-speed internet connection, and WiFi. The private entrance to the property offers a large parking area for several vehicles. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto a large 60 m² terrace with an outdoor shower and direct access to the beach.
