The entire house, private garden and driveway are yours to enjoy. You can check yourself in with our secure key safe, or if you’d prefer, I’m happy to meet you in person after 4pm.

The hot tub is available as an optional add-on for guests who want to relax and enjoy the full experience.

You can enjoy a lower nightly rate without the hot tub.

• Guests aged 16+ must provide valid identification before check-in
• No parties or loud gatherings – extra visitors allowed during the day only
• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am
• Strictly no smoking indoors
• Any loud music, parties or smoking inside will result in immediate removal (noise and air monitoring systems in use for safety)
