We are very much looking forward to welcoming our guests to our beautiful cottage situated on an 11- acre smallholding
in the heart of Kent.

Once home to our horses, the original stables have been lovingly renovated into a cosy and stylish countryside retreat. The conversion of the cottage blends rustic charm with modern comfort — exposed beams, soft furnishings, and all the little touches that make you feel at home.

Grays Meadow Cottage is located in a peaceful countryside, yet just a few miles from Maidstone and surrounding Kent villages. Nearby you’ll find cosy pubs, local markets, scenic walking routes, and attractions including historic sites, castles, vineyards, and little further away, charming seaside towns.

Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family escape, or just a quiet weekend in nature, this is the perfect spot to unwind.

Grays Meadow Cottage is only open for the exclusive use of its registered Guests.
Entry for family, friends and colleagues is not possible.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

The person making the booking (“lead guest”) must be at least 18 years of age.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
The lead booker is responsible for the behaviour and supervision of all guests.
Accurate guest numbers and ages must be provided at the time.

This cottage is designed for comfort and premium experiences and is not equipped for young children under the age of 13 or infants.

There are no facilities provided for babies or young children, including (but not limited to) cots, high chairs, stair gates, or child-safe equipment.

The layout, furnishings, and features of the property such as swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness room have not been designed with child safety in mind.

As such, the property may present potential hazards for younger children and infants.

For these reasons bookings with children under 13 years old or babies may not be accepted.
