Txantelene farmhouse is a cozy accommodation in traditional Basque style, located in the quiet neighborhood of Arriaga, in Erandio Goikoa, just a few minutes from Bilbao. This charming farmhouse combines the rustic character of stone and wood with modern comforts, offering an ideal setting for those who wish to enjoy peace, open views, and good connections to the city.

One of the main attractions of the house is its elevated location, which allows guests to enjoy open views of the Bilbao estuary and El Abra, a distinctive landscape linked to the maritime and industrial traditions of the area. Although access is only possible by vehicle, this location provides tranquility and privacy, keeping guests away from urban noise and allowing them to enjoy a relaxing environment. The town center is approximately a 10-minute walk away, where guests can access the Bilbao Metro and the Euskotren line, making it easy to travel to Bilbao and other points of interest such as Lezama (Athletic Club’s training ground).

The property is part of a traditional farmhouse divided into two units. The garden area offers a pleasant outdoor space to relax or sunbathe with privacy, in a quiet and low-traffic environment (outdoor areas are shared with the other half of the farmhouse). For safety and conservation reasons, some traditional decorative elements such as the fireplace are not available for use.

The house accommodates up to 4 guests and is distributed across four carefully prepared bedrooms designed to ensure a restful stay. It features two large single beds (1.10 m), one 1.20 m bed, and one double bed measuring 1.35 m, making it a perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups seeking comfort in an authentic setting.

The interior preserves the traditional charm of the farmhouse, with abundant wood and rustic details that provide warmth and character. The house includes a full bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, complete cookware, and tableware, designed to make guests feel at home during their stay. In addition, there is a comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or excursions.

Before arrival, guests will receive detailed instructions for key access and will be required to complete the guest registration through a digital application prior to arrival. Likewise, all extra services and payments will be handled digitally, online, and by credit card.
