There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower over bath, along with a separate guest WC for added convenience. Arranged across the ground and first floors, the layout allows for a natural separation between living and sleeping areas.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
