The Laurels boasts four very spacious double bedrooms, a large private rear garden with outdoor dining furniture, a front patio area with seating, a large lounge area set up for a perfect movie night, a walk-in wardrobe, four bathrooms and an incredible open plan kitchen with dining area!

Recently built and furnished to an incredibly high standard, The Laurels provides a truly luxurious home away from home experience. With bi-fold doors leading from the impressive kitchen onto a large deck in the immaculate garden, this property offers the very best of indoor/outdoor living.

The kitchen
The kitchen in this property really is the heart of the home. Design and practicality have been put at the forefront of this area offering a fantastic space for entertaining and spending time with your loved ones. The kitchen island takes precedence in the room and allows whoever is cooking to remain part of the action (and able to keep an eye on the kids in the garden!).

All of the appliances provided are state of the art. No expense has been spared equipping this kitchen to the highest standard, including a coffee machine with complimentary locally sourced coffee to get your day off to a great start.

There are two options for dining areas at The Laurels - there is a solid oak table available in the kitchen, or on sunny days you can enjoy your meals at the tables on the deck. Nothing says holiday more than eating al fresco!

The kitchen also features an extremely comfortable seating area with a sofa, perfect for chilling out and reading a book while someone else does the cooking!

The Lounge
This generously portioned room offers a giant sofa with not one, but two chaise lounges and another chaise longue in the bay window. Movie nights at The Laurels are something else with the 75 inch TV offer a truly cinematic experience.

With the ability to login to your streaming services the whole family will be able to find something to watch.

Master Bedroom
This second floor master bedroom is the perfect retreat for any couple. The super king size bed is the centrepiece of the room, and the ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, separate rainfall shower and freestanding bath is the perfect place to relax after a long day. The large walk-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage for all of your clothes and accessories, and the room also has a mirrored dressing table for getting ready for a night out on the town. There is also a television and coffee machine in the master bedroom, for relaxing and unwinding.

Bedroom 2
This first floor bedroom is also great for couples, with a four-poster king size bed, dressing table, bay window with seating, built-in wardrobe and a Smart TV. The room is decorated in a modern style with a neutral palette and the large bay windows let in plenty of natural light. This room also features an ensuite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower.

Bedroom 3
This is a beautiful and spacious bedroom on the first floor with a teal super king size bed and built-in wardrobe. There is a window on one side of the room with a view of the garden. The built-in wardrobe is on the other side of the room and has plenty of space for all of your clothes and belongings. This bed can be split into two single beds on request, making this room ideal for a couple or friends.

Bedroom 4
This bedroom is perfect for kids! It has two single bunk beds, a desk and an open wardrobe. The bunk beds are perfect for siblings or friends. The desk is great for doing homework or for playing games and the open wardrobe provides plenty of space for hanging clothes and storing toys.

THE BATHROOMS
All of the bathrooms in this property have been finished to a very high standard, with modern and luxurious fittings. You will find a cloakroom toilet off the hall on the ground floor, a generous family bathroom on the first floor and ensuites to the master bedroom and bedroom two.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The large wraparound garden has a deck, lawn and dining area with seating for up to eight guests, making it the perfect place to entertain or relax outdoors. The garden is fully enclosed with a keypad gate system providing privacy and a secure space for the kids to play. The lush lawn and landscaped borders give this garden a calm and serene atmosphere, great for whiling away those sunny days and balmy summer nights.
