Upon entering Ocean Breeze, you’ll feel immediately at ease, surrounded by the designer interior and high quality finishings. This brand new build benefits from a high specification interior throughout, from the motion sensor low level lighting in the bathrooms, to high end appliances and floor to ceiling windows for optimum natural lighting and views.
Ocean Breeze is also well positioned for access to the beach (800m from Boscombe Beach), Bournemouth train station and the A35 for Bournemouth Airport.

Ocean Breeze is a well proportioned two bedroom, third floor apartment which sleek designs have been curated by professionals, and the furnishings seamlessly hand-picked by a local interior designer. Each room has functionality and comfort at the forefront, providing a home-from-home experience.
The open plan living-dining space is perfect for socialising and relaxing after a day exploring the local area and provides a fully functional space. The property is ideal for families, couples and friends.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom offers a bright and airy space, with a king-size bed that exudes luxury comfort. The full length floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, whilst the black-out blinds offer an opportunity for uninterrupted slumber. The room comes complete with a desk, chair and mirror which can also be used as a dedicated workspace. The built-in wardrobes provide storage space for the duration of your stay. The immaculate en-suite features a walk-in shower with rainfall shower-head, heated towel rail, WC, basin and motion-sensor low level lighting. We provide towels and complimentary mini-toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedroom 2:
The navy hues of this room fit perfectly with the seaside living that the property offers. The super-king-sized bed offers tranquillity and can be split into two single beds upon request, making this room ideal for business guests, friends or children to share.
Like the master bedroom, this room features black-out blinds for a restful nights sleep.
The second bedroom also offers a storage cupboard, hangers and two bedside tables, alongside a wall-mounted TV and mirror.

Family bathroom:
The large family bathroom is complimented by grey and white tiling and matte black finishings. The bathtub provides the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day of fun at the beach or exploring the local sights and history. Other facilities include a WC, basin, heated towel rail and over head shower. Towels and mini-toiletries are provided for use during your stay.

Kitchen/sitting room:
The open plan kitchen/sitting room offers full functionality and opportunity for socialising within your group. The brand new, high specification kitchen features integrated appliances to include a full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with an abundance of crockery and kitchenware for your convenience throughout your stay.
The five-seat dining table provides the perfect opportunity for a sit-down meal or games night, and the three-seater sofa provides an element of comfort for a cosy movie evening or as a sunlit spot to soak in the sea air.

Outside space:
The French balcony doors open onto a south-facing balcony with a sea view, and is the perfect spot to sit and have a glass of your favourite tipple whilst the sun goes down.

Ocean Breeze boasts allocated off-road parking as well as on-road parking.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

Please note, that as Ocean Breeze is part of a new build development (Reef Manor) in it’s final stages, you may notice tradespeople onsite during your stay, conducting final snagging works. Please use the communal main entrance door where possible and please rest assured that these works are isolated to the exterior and minor communal areas.

- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
