We’re so happy to share this beautiful 4-bedroom home with you. It’s just 5 minutes from the Harry Potter Studios and close to Watford Junction, making it perfect for family getaways, work trips or a relaxed weekend escape.

Cooking is easy here - you’ll find everything you need, from the oven and microwave. The large dining table seats up 8, perfect for family meals or sharing stories over dinner.

You’ll have the entire house to yourself during your stay - no shared spaces at all.
That includes:
- All 4 bedrooms
- The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen
- 1.5 bathrooms (main bathroom upstairs + separate WC)
- The private garden
- The driveway, with parking for up to 4 cars
Self check-in is available through a secure lockbox, so you can arrive at a time that suits you. Once inside, make yourself completely at home - everything you see is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay!
💬 Interaction with Guests -
We like to give our guests complete privacy to enjoy the home - but we’re always nearby if you need anything.
You’ll have access to us through the Airbnb app or by phone for any questions, from help with check-in to local recommendations. We respond quickly and are always happy to assist if something comes up during your stay.

We’ve tried to think of everything to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The house is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest arrives, with fresh linen, towels, and a few welcome treats waiting for you.
Self check-in is via a secure lockbox – details will be shared before arrival.
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, there’s an exterior camera at the entrance (no indoor cameras).
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the flooring fresh for everyone.
The property is non-smoking and no parties are permitted.
Quiet hours after 10pm so we can stay on good terms with our lovely neighbours.
