This is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. There are three steps up to the property, which may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues. No child facilities. Grange Leisure Park has fishing lakes, golf course, bar/restaurant, café, amusement arcade, and aquapark available to guests at cost.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach and sand dunes where you can wander and enjoy the sea air. Mablethorpe has a small selection of high street stores and a range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet the seals along with an array of other friendly animals. A few miles down the coast is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness which plays host to a wide range of family-friendly attractions. Alternatively, head inland to the town of Louth with its Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex and excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. A superb base for discovering the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and coast.
