There are several ancient buildings in Ashleworth dating back to Roman times, including a National Trust-owned 15th century tithe barn, a 12th-century church, and The Preaching Cross on the village green. It also has a Post Office and well-stocked grocery store for all your self-catering needs. The Severn Way and the Three Choirs Way pass near by, making for many excellent walks right from the settlement.
