There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property.

The charming market town of Long Sutton is situated in South East Lincolnshire, close to the borders of Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. The town is full of beautiful buildings including St Mary's Church, which dates from c.1170 and boasts the highest wooden spire in the country, and also some fine examples of Georgian architecture.
