There is also a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with logburner. Fuel and power inc. in rent (starter fuel pack for logburner included April to October). To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Griff Lodge is an idyllic retreat for those eager to uncover the delights of Yorkshire. Note: The first-floor is not in use



The Neighborhood:

Harome is a little village resting in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire, around two miles from the south-east market town of Helmsley. The cobbled streets of the village are lined with old stone cottage and surround the picturesque pond where ducks can be fed. There are also two award-winning inns, one with a one with a Michelin starred restaurant, whilst a little further afield lies Helmsley where two supermarkets can be found. The surrounding area is a haven for walkers with the scenic North York Moors National Park just a short drive away.
