Step into the airy living room, where a large sectional sofa invites you to relax while enjoying your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. Natural light floods the space through expansive windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Adjacent to this, the dining area offers a stylish glass-top table with six upholstered chairs, perfect for family meals or entertaining friends.

The galley-style kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinetry, making meal preparation a delight with all necessary cooking utensils at hand.

The bedrooms provide a restful night's sleep, with one offering a queen bed and the other a standard double. Both are designed with minimalist elegance and large windows.

The apartment also includes a child-friendly space with a high chair and playpen, as well as two complete bathrooms equipped with heated towel racks and hairdryers to keep you comfortable.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, well located for exploring both Gaia and Porto. This area is known for its proximity to beautiful beaches, delightful local eateries, and the stunning coastline. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Douro River or explore nearby shopping centers and attractions.

Getting around is a breeze with convenient public transport options. The closest metro station is Santo Ovídio, just a short ride away. Buses are readily available from nearby stops, connecting you to the heart of Porto and beyond with ease.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
