Situated in this scenic locale, you will find this luxurious, modern
first-floor two-bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to
four guests. As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the
modernly stylish design of the living space featuring chic furniture,
including a comfy sofa and armchairs, as well as a coffee table and a
stylish TV cabinet housing a large flatscreen television. The apartment
is also equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy
a comfortable self-catering stay, including a coffee machine, a washer
and dryer, and a dishwasher for added convenience. Adjacent to the
living room, the dining space is fitted with a large wooden dining
table that seats up to six guests.

Glass doors open to a spacious balcony overlooking the nearby marina
from the second floor, with a lovely sofa and armchairs to spend your
days in unmatched luxury next to the marina in the sought-after Black
River. Guests will have access to the communal pool, one allocated
parking bay, and several visitor parking bays for secure parking.

The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom
features a king-sized bed with nightstands on either side, as well as a
chair and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is fitted with two single
beds, a vanity table and stool, a shared nightstand, and ample wardrobe
space. One bathroom includes a shower, bathroom cabinet, washbasin, and
vanity as well as a toilet, while the second bathroom features his and
hers basins with wall-mounted mirror cabinets, a large shower, and a
toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay. A boat slip is
also available for guests upon request at an additional cost.

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
A Tourism Tax Fee applies to this reservation. This mandatory government tax is applicable to all guests staying at registered accommodations in Mauritius and is calculated based on the number of guests and nights booked.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. If you require use of the boat slip, kindly request this in advance, as an additional fee applies.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Unit AF 170 lot 21, Bloc 9, La Chaloupe, La Balise Marina, Black River, Mauritius.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
