The stunning lounge comes with a 42-inch Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable double sofa-bed and 2 lounge chairs, making it the perfect space to relax. The spacious separate dining room comes with a table and 6 chairs.



This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils are provided. An espresso coffee machine is also available for you to enjoy. The downstairs shower room consists of a shower, wash basin, toilet, and washing machine. The modern kitchen leads to the beautiful large patio garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy during the warmer months.



Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom comes with plenty of wardrobe/storage space, high quality bed linen, and towels. This property sleeps up to 7 guests (2 double beds, 1 single bed, and a double sofa-bed).



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house.

Please be informed that an external link will be provided to complete the pre-check-in requirements, which include the payment of either the refundable security deposit or the deposit waiver.



Refundable Deposit – £150

A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues.



Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable)

Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).



Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.
