Perfectly located for exploring some of Sicily’s most remarkable destinations, the house is just 55 minutes from Ragusa, 42 minutes from the mosaics of Piazza Armerina, 1 hour and 42 minutes from the temples of Agrigento, and about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Noto and Modica. Catania Airport is only 52 minutes away.

The space
The house accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a balcony with direct access to the outdoor areas. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while two have private bathrooms located outside the room. One bathroom is equipped for guests with disabilities.

On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and a large terrace overlooking the greenery. Outside, the property offers a private swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, several relaxing corners, spaces for yoga and meditation, and local farm products from the estate. Private parking is also available.

Guest access
The entire villa and the surrounding garden are for the exclusive use of guests.

Breakfast with local products can be arranged upon request.

Private chefs can be organized for meals upon request.

Show cooking experiences, cooking classes, and olive oil and wine tastings can also be arranged, either at the house or in external locations.

Cleaning service is provided every other day. Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.

Extra bed linen and towels are available upon request for an additional charge.

The swimming pool is seasonal and is generally open from June to October, depending on weather conditions.
