Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found our team's responsiveness helpful. It's wonderful that the space met your expectations based on the photos, and the nearby supermarket added to your convenience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced with the lift and the lack of washing powder. The dustiness in the flat has also been noted, and we're addressing this with our cleaning team. Rest assured, we're actively looking into the lift issue to ensure it doesn't affect future stays. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to stay with us. GuestReady Team
