THE SPACE

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers spacious, well-designed interiors, ideal for families and small groups seeking a comfortable stay.



The bright and airy living area is the heart of the home: a welcoming space to relax, read, or enjoy time together after a day spent by the sea or exploring the city. Adjacent to it, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals independently and enjoy the convenience of feeling at home during your holiday. Practical placemats are available for dining.



The sleeping area features a comfortable and peaceful master bedroom, a twin bedroom with two low single beds—ideal for children, teenagers, or friends—and a third bedroom with a French-size bed, offering additional flexibility and comfort.



Two full bathrooms ensure practicality and convenience, even for larger groups or families.



Within the building’s courtyard, guests can enjoy a private furnished terrace, a peaceful outdoor space perfect for breakfast in the fresh air or a relaxing moment away from the pace of the city.



A convenient laundry room is also available for guests' use.
