A lovely stay with friends : A lovely stay : the flat is in a good location, a little way from the town centre but easily accessible by public transport. New and well-equipped. Communication was entirely digital but very smooth and responsive. Good value for money, highly recommended! Just a minor issue with the bathroom door handle, but nothing serious.

Positive: Apartamentos limpios y con material cómodo y buena calidad. Parada de metro justo al lado

: Clean apartments with comfortable, good-quality furnishings. There’s a tube station right next door for easy travel, and plenty of parking. These are ground-floor commercial units with no windows or ventilation. Light comes in through the door, but that’s about it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s perfect.

Una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable Positive: Es prácticamente nuevo, dispone de todo tipo de co

A very comfortable and highly recommended stay : It’s practically brand new, has all the modern amenities, is well air-conditioned, is well soundproofed from the street, and the metro station is literally right next door. For those travelling by car, the flat is outside Valencia’s low-emission zone, there is plenty of parking space, the City of Arts and Sciences is very close by, it is a rapidly developing area of the city, and the staff are very attentive and available throughout your stay. We were missing the sheets for the sofa bed, which can happen to anyone, but the owner sorted it out in barely an hour; we were also missing washing-up liquid, which we only realised on the last day as we had breakfast there and when we set about washing the dishes before leaving the flat, there was no soap (nothing dramatic as we only used three glasses and a plate). Finally, there were some minor noises from the neighbouring flats, but nothing out of the ordinary—just the usual things you’d expect in any flat.
