From the moment you step through the private entrance, South Coast Boudoir makes an impression. The flat`s signature dramatic interiors — gold-and-teal patterned ceilings, dark walls, lush tropical plants, faux-fur rugs, framed gallery prints, and carefully chosen furnishings — create an atmosphere that feels both indulgent and genuinely welcoming. Guests consistently remark on how surprising and immersive the space is in person, and how comfortable and homely it feels despite the boldness of the design.

The living room is the centrepiece of the flat, arranged around two yellow velvet sofas, an ornate fireplace surround, and a 55-inch smart TV with a soundbar — perfect for a relaxed evening in after a day exploring the coast or countryside. The private outdoor patio adds another dimension to the stay, offering a sheltered spot for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is heated throughout, and portable fans are available for warmer months, ensuring comfort in every season.


The Layout

South Coast Boudoir is a self-contained entire flat with a private entrance, giving guests complete independence throughout their stay. The lockbox is located by the front door, and the access code will be shared in advance to ensure a smooth and flexible arrival.

Living room
The living area is decorated in the property`s signature dramatic style with dark walls, a bold gold-and-teal patterned ceiling, two yellow velvet sofas, a faux-fur rug, an ornate fireplace surround, and large curated tropical plants. A 55-inch smart TV with a soundbar provides excellent entertainment, and a ceiling fan and full heating ensure comfort year round. Blue curtaining and framed wall art add further character to the room. The private entrance leads directly into the property, reinforcing the sense of having your own self-contained retreat.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and longer stays, and has been styled with dark fitted units, open wooden shelving stocked with kitchenware, and a bar-height counter with stools. Appliances include an oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, hot water kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Dishes, silverware, cooking basics, and wine glasses are all provided, as are kitchen consumables including tea and coffee. A wooden-slatted blind at the window completes the look. An Ethernet connection is also available for guests who need a reliable wired connection.

Bedroom 1 — super king
The main bedroom features a super king-size bed dressed in a botanical-print bedspread, mirrored wardrobe doors with clothing storage, a wall-mounted TV, and a statement chandelier-style ceiling light, all set against dark painted walls for a rich, intimate feel.

Bedroom 2 — bunk room
The second bedroom is set up with a white-painted bunk bed sleeping 2, dressed in blue bedding, with a sheepskin-style rug on wooden flooring and a copper pendant light overhead. The dark walls and characterful décor carry the boudoir aesthetic throughout.

Bathroom
The bathroom continues the boutique styling of the flat, featuring a copper-toned tiled shower enclosure with a glass door, a pedestal sink, a frameless mirror, black-and-white checkered floor tiles, and dark painted walls. Complimentary toiletries are provided including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, along with a hair dryer.

Hallway
The hallway corridor is lined with tongue-and-groove wall panelling, a gallery of framed prints, wooden flooring, and a decorative fringed lampshade, setting the tone for the interiors before guests even reach the main rooms.

Outdoor space
The flat benefits from a private outdoor area with white bench seating, a timber-decked section, a raised planting border, and a brick boundary wall with greenery above. Outdoor dining furniture is provided, making it well suited to warmer evenings or a leisurely morning outside.

Laundry
An iron and ironing board are provided within the flat. There is no washing machine on the premises; however, a laundromat is located nearby for guests staying longer term.

South Coast Boudoir sits in Felpham village — a charming, characterful coastal community on the West Sussex coast, just east of Bognor Regis. The village has a genuine sense of place, with a conservation area at its heart, a 12th-century Norman church (St Mary`s), and a relaxed pace of life that makes it ideal for unwinding. Felpham Beach is just 10 minutes on foot, offering a peaceful stretch of coastline that tends to attract locals rather than the larger summer crowds found further along the seafront.

Within the village itself, guests will find a selection of cafés — including Caffe Grey — and local pubs, all easily reached on foot. For families or those looking for a livelier day out, Butlins Bognor Regis is located at the end of the road and provides a wide range of entertainment. Bognor Regis town centre — with its shops, promenade, pier, and broader choice of restaurants — is just a short drive or bus ride away.

For those exploring the wider area, the historic market town of Arundel with its castle, and the cathedral city of Chichester with its Roman walls, Festival Theatre, and independent shops are both easily reached by car in around 20 minutes. The magnificent Petworth House is also within reach and well worth a visit. Goodwood Racecourse is a popular draw for guests, particularly during the Festival of Speed and race meetings, and Tinwood Vineyard — set within the South Downs — is a wonderful half-day excursion. The South Downs National Park, just 20 minutes inland by car, offers excellent walking, cycling, and countryside scenery. • No parties or events
• Pets are welcome with prior arrangement — a fee applies and a maximum of one pet is permitted (see extra charges below)
• Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00
• A travel cot is available on request — guests will need to bring their own cot linen
• A high chair can be arranged on request — please let us know in advance
• Luggage drop-off prior to check-in is welcome, subject to availability
• Long-term stays are accepted
• The property is professionally cleaned between each stay; cleaning during a longer stay can also be arranged on request


Extra Charges

The following optional extras are available and can be arranged in advance:
• Pet fee: £50 per stay (maximum one small pet, subject to prior approval)
• Early check-in (before 15:00): £30
• Late check-out (after 11:00): £30
• Arrival packages including champagne, chocolates, and flower petals are available on request, after booking confirmation.


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
