Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, this spacious apartment offers a peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere overlooking the river. Large windows frame the water, the lush green banks and views stretching across the Minho River towards Spain, filling the interior with natural light throughout the day and creating a bright, open environment.
The open plan living area has been thoughtfully designed to highlight the apartment’s minimalist architecture and exceptional riverside setting. A comfortable lounge area and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Caminha, whether enjoying a quiet evening in or taking in the changing light across the river.
The apartment features two super king bedrooms designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. The clean, minimalist aesthetic continues throughout the sleeping spaces, creating a restful environment for a peaceful night’s sleep. Two modern bathrooms add additional comfort and convenience for guests.

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment. The property is located on the fourth floor of the building and can be easily reached via elevator.

Caminha is a compact and walkable town, making it easy to explore the historic centre, waterfront and local restaurants on foot. The train station is within walking distance and offers convenient connections to Porto and other towns along the northern Portuguese coast.
Moledo Beach is only a short drive away and is well known for its wide sandy shoreline and beautiful Atlantic views. Having a car is recommended if you plan to explore the surrounding coastline, countryside and nearby villages.
