A whole house for groups — private workspace in every room
Set within the peaceful, tree-lined grounds of Park Village — a quiet gated community in Sheffield`s Norfolk Park — this well-presented six-bedroom house is an ideal base for contractor teams, working groups, visiting colleagues, or larger families. Sleeping up to eight across six private double bedrooms, it offers generous shared spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, two shower bathrooms, a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and free gated parking for up to two vehicles.
Every bedroom includes its own dedicated desk and workspace, making this one of very few Sheffield rentals able to accommodate a full working team simultaneously. The colourful, character-led interiors — bold art prints, warm furnishings, and a cohesive mustard, sage, and navy palette — give the house a genuine warmth that sets it apart from a standard let. Long-term stays are warmly welcomed.

A Home to Relax and Unwind
The house has a calm, settled feel from the moment you arrive. Vivid art prints in every bedroom — animal portraits, abstract canvases, and bold wall pieces — give each room its own character, while the consistent colour palette creates a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout.
The open-plan kitchen and lounge is the heart of the home, where the group naturally comes together to share a meal or wind down in front of the wall-mounted TV. The breakfast bar works equally well for a quick morning coffee as it does for an evening meal with wine glasses and candles.
The Layout
The property is accessed via a private entrance with a lockbox on the wall to the right of the front door. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.
Living Room and Kitchen
The open-plan ground floor features a fully fitted kitchen with green units, a lime-green tiled splashback, wooden worktops, and an induction hob. Appliances include a built-in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and kettle. Crockery, cutlery, cooking basics, wine glasses, and kitchen consumables are all provided. A washing machine is housed in the kitchen. At the other end, a navy sofa and wall-mounted TV sit beneath a large abstract canvas. A breakfast bar with stools and a separate dining table provide plenty of space for the group to eat together.
Bedrooms
All six bedrooms are private, each with a 4ft double bed, double wardrobe, and dedicated desk and workspace. Please note beds are 4ft doubles, best suited to single occupancy — double occupancy is possible (maximum 8 guests) but will be cosier. Each room also has either a chest of drawers or bedside table, a lamp, and clothes hangers. Rooms are individually styled with distinctive wall art and several overlook the mature trees of the surrounding site.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower cubicle with thermostatic rail shower head, pedestal basin, and toilet. Shampoo, body soap, and shower gel are provided.
Outdoor Space and Parking
The property has access to a backyard. Free gated parking is available for up to two vehicles — registration must be provided in advance. Vehicles in the compound beyond 30 minutes without pre-registration will receive a Civil Enforcement fine. Additional parking may be available with a surcharge; please enquire at booking.
