The 96 m² interior is thoughtfully arranged across two levels and accommodates up to six guests. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living and dining area, one double bedroom and a bathroom, all opening directly onto the pool terrace. The lower level hosts a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a second bathroom, creating an ideal layout for families or three couples travelling together. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort during the warm summer months.



Outside, a private swimming pool is surrounded by a landscaped garden and a shaded veranda, providing an idyllic setting for alfresco dining and relaxed evenings under the stars. The serene surroundings and gentle sound of the sea create a restful ambience, while the villa’s west-facing position makes it an exceptional spot to enjoy the island’s renowned sunsets.



Plaka Beach lies just 90 metres away, with Orkos Beach and Mikri Vigla within easy reach, offering crystal-clear waters and excellent conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing. A selection of tavernas and a supermarket can be reached on foot, while Naxos Town, the port and the airport are all within a short drive. Car hire is recommended for exploring the island and can be arranged for arrival at the port or airport.



Guests may enhance their stay with optional services such as private chefs, catering, sailing excursions, guided island tours and watersports lessons. Housekeeping and concierge assistance are available on request. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival, and any additional services requested will incur supplementary charges.
