Villa Elvion is a stylish four-bedroom waterfront retreat set in the peaceful area of Poseidonia on the island of Syros, offering an elegant blend of nautical character and contemporary comfort right on the Aegean Sea. Designed on a single level for ease and accessibility, this 200 sq.m. seaside villa is filled with natural light and soft island tones, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere ideal for families or groups seeking privacy, space, and direct proximity to the sea.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring both comfort and independence for all guests. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds, one enjoying sea views and the other overlooking the garden, while the remaining bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, one of which can be converted into a double, making Villa Elvion well suited to a variety of group configurations. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort during the warmer months.



The open-plan living area extends across 50 sq.m. and features relaxed seating, a flat-screen television, and wide openings that frame uninterrupted sea views. A fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining area for eight guests make everyday living and entertaining effortless, with seamless flow between the interior spaces and the outdoor terraces.



Outside, a private 4 x 10 metre swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and Mediterranean greenery, offering a tranquil setting for relaxation. A shaded outdoor dining area seating up to twelve guests provides the perfect spot for long alfresco meals overlooking the water, while the villa’s immediate proximity to the shoreline enhances the sense of a true seaside escape.



Villa Elvion includes daily housekeeping service, towel changes twice weekly, and dedicated concierge support throughout the stay. There are no permanent on-site staff, ensuring full privacy for guests. Any additional services arranged via the concierge, such as private chefs, transfers, or excursions, are available at an extra cost and payable locally. A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival, with the amount confirmed at the time of booking. Charcoal for the BBQ is not included and is charged separately if required.



Located just a short walk from Agathopes Beach and within easy driving distance of Finikas Beach, Syros Airport, and the main port, Villa Elvion offers a refined yet relaxed base from which to experience authentic Cycladic living by the sea.
