30 Dublin Quay is a 2 bedroom, 2 toilet flat, with a spacious open plan kitchen/living room.
The Space:
Recently reintroduced to the rental market. The space has one master bedroom with a en-suite toilet, a shared bedroom with 2 twin beds and a main bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, and Washing machine.
The apartment features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms suitable for up to four guests. The master bedroom comes equipped with a wardrobe, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom provides additional sleeping space, making the apartment suitable for families, couples, or business travelers.
The living room has two comfortable sofas and a TV and the windows giving a beautiful view of the harbor. A dining table is just behind this area if you would rather eat in.
Locations:
This flat is located well with, Prestwick airport 9miles, royal Troon golf club being a 15 minute drive, Irvine train station is just a 5 minute walk from the flat, Glasgow airport is a 40 minute drive and finally Irvine beach is 700 yards away.
Utilities:
Wifi comes free with the property, Guests can enjoy amenities such as heating, and a fully fitted kitchen with essential appliances, a smart TV with access to all major streaming services (e.g Netflix, Prime, Youtube)

The Irvine harbor area comes with top of the range restaurants and pubs also with its mix of coastal scenery, leisure activities, and convenient links to nearby towns, the Irvine Harbor district is a pleasant and popular location along the Ayrshire coast.
There is one dedicated parking spot and guest parking also (both are free).
Sadly this flat is not disability accessible as it is at the top floor of the flat without an elevator.
