With ample open plan living space for four people it is a great social space to relax and catch up. Set on the lovely peaceful Percy Park Wood Country retreat with an 18 hole golf course on site. From your lodge there are amazing woodland walks, leading to the golf club where there is a cosy bar, and you often spot roe deer and other wildlife on the way.

With wonderful relaxing views at all times of the year and a relaxing hot tub to come back to after a day out exploring this is an ideal lodge for friends, couples or a small family. The small village of Swarland has a village club with varied events through the seasons and is in walking distance from the park. Nearby Alnwick has a famous castle where you can often book a broomstick lesson as the castle is ideal for Harry Potter fans having some scenes filmed here. The heritage coast with miles of sandy unspoilt beaches is in easy driving distance, there are places to explore in all directions from here with nearby access from the A1.
