Birchdale Cottage is situated in a quite cul-de-sac within the Siverglades private development at Dalnabay, which is set beneath the Cairngorm Mountains and just an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the village of Aviemore’s amenities and leisure facilities.

The property has one double bedroom with a modern and stylish master en-suite shower room with electric towel rail and underfloor heating. The second bedroom faces the back garden and is a cosy twin bedroom which is ideal for two children or another two adult guests.
