Outside Bay view is surrounded by a lovely garden to the front and rear, where you will be able to enjoy loch views to the front and rural views over the fields to the rear.
Nearby is the village of Ardrishaig with local pubs and cafĂ©s. Within a short drive is the town of Lochgilphead where you will find more local pubs, shops and cafĂ©s. The village of Lochgilphead lies on the banks of the famous Crinan Canal which meanders through stunning scenery, a wonderful waterway waiting to be explored by canoe, kayak, walkers and cyclists. The canal stretches from Ardrishaig all the way to Crinan, out to the Atlantic west coast. The beautiful islands of Arran, Islay, Gigha and Jura, and are easily accessible from nearby ferry ports. Head south and visit Tarbert, and the Mull of Kintyre with white sandy beaches and magnificent golf courses, or north to Kilmartin Glen steeped in history and archeological sites. The Campbeltown Distilleries, and Inveraray Castle and Jail also make for great days out. Itâs also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
