Spa Villa Sunny is a bungalow-style villa with a private pool, sauna and jacuzzi within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near the village of Hanioti. Nestled on a hillside overlooking the Toroneos Gulf, in a lush, green and peaceful environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can relax for hours watching the bright blue sky blend perfectly with the iridescent blue sea below.

Layout

Spa Sunny villa is a self-contained property located on the left side of the complex. It features air-conditioned rooms, a sauna, and a delightful jacuzzi, offering comfort and relaxation in a serene setting.

The villa has a separate entrance on its right side, next to Sunny Epta, and is accessible from the parking area via six small steps and a gate that also leads to the front courtyard and pool terrace.

The entrance opens into a compact open-plan space with a modern kitchen, guest WC, and a living room with a corner sofa that converts into a double bed. Large patio doors open onto a covered terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes a modern bathroom with a built-in shower and a double bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool, offering partial sea views.

A second wooden staircase leads to the attic, which houses a large jacuzzi and an adjacent sauna room — the most distinctive and relaxing feature of this charming villa.

Beyond the side corridor leading to the front garden, the living room’s French doors open onto another front terrace with a small sitting area. This space extends to the well-kept garden and swimming pool, which also enjoys partial sea views. It is a beautiful spot to unwind in peace or enjoy sunbathing throughout the day.

From the living room, patio doors open onto a private garden and the swimming pool with a children’s section.

The sparkling pool is accessible via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all the amenities for sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink or snack at the nearby dining area.

An additional terrace is available at the back of the property with relevant sitting facilities, facing the garden plants, for everyone who would wish to remain remote and independent.
