The apartment features a separate bedroom and a bright open-plan living area, which includes a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests (extra fees apply). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and an overhead shower. The excellent transport links make it easy to access Central London quickly.

The space
Welcome to this bright, recently renovated one-bedroom flat in Ladbroke Grove. Located on the second floor of a secure residential building, this comfortable home offers a practical and well-located base for couples, friends, or small families visiting London.

The flat can accommodate up to four guests, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Living Area

The open plan living space is designed for both relaxation and everyday use. The sofa easily converts into a double sofa bed for additional guests. The layout makes it easy to unwind after a day exploring London or to enjoy a quiet evening in.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for short or longer stays, including all essential appliances and a coffee machine. Whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or cooking a simple dinner, everything you need is provided.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with fresh linens and storage space, offering a calm and restful place to sleep.

A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a fee. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For safety, the travel cot is supplied with its standard thin base mattress; we do not provide additional padding or baby bedding, in line with Lullaby Trust guidance.

Pet Rules:

• Pets must be declared and approved before arrival.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
• Pets must be house trained and supervised at all times.
• Guests must clean up after their pets and bring their own pet bedding.
• Any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
