Situated within a refined complex of six seafront suites and studios, this serene retreat offers exclusive access to a dark blue salt-electrolysis pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The villa is designed for guests seeking peace, privacy, and comfort, and is strictly available for adults only.
Accommodating two guests, Villa Themis features a queen-sized bed, a private bedroom with a separate bathroom, and is fitted with ceiling fans as well as a central air conditioning system with independent units to ensure a consistently cool environment. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a laptop-friendly workspace, making it ideal for extended stays.
Guests benefit from a private entrance, complimentary parking on the premises, and daily housekeeping services. Additional comforts include a washer, iron, hairdryer, heating, and essential supplies. Pets are welcome upon request, though parties, smoking, and guests under the age of 17 are not permitted.
