Killiegowan is a cosy, family-friendly home in Cults, Aberdeen, sleeping 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Perfect for families & groups, our colourful and stylish home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, conservatory, lounge with log burner & movie room. Located in Cults, Killiegowan has a fantastic range of cafés, pubs and shops on the doorstep, with Aberdeen city centre a short drive away. Killiegowan is set on the Deeside Way for walking & cycling, & overlooks the Deeside Golf Course.

Killiegowan is a beautiful family home, located in the quiet suburb of Cults, on the edge of Aberdeen and a 15 minute drive from the city centre.
Our home sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.

On entering Killiegowan, guests are welcomed into our bright hallway and open plan lounge, which featured a comfortable sofa and logburner - a favourite spot for relaxing in the evenings. Our adjoining Movie Room is just off the Lounge, with wide glass sliding doors linking the rooms and making the area flexible for guests to enjoy, should you wish to watch a film or open up the doors and enjoy the full space with additional seating.
Our Kitchen, located opposite the Lounge, is fully equipped for guests, should you with to cook a delicious meal together or enjoy a takeaway. We have a large range oven, hob and microwave, along with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle to enjoy a cuppa.
Our conservatory overlooks the quiet garden and has beautiful views over the Deeside Golf Course and surrounding landscape. There is a logburner and smart TV in the conservatory for cosy evenings in on our large sofa.
There is Utility Room to the rear of the property with washing machine and tumble dryer available.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Our Master Bedroom features a comfortable super-kingsize bed and dressing table. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed, while bedroom 3 has a double bed.
All of our bedrooms have plenty of space for unpacking and storing items during your stay.

Bath towels, soft bed linens and luxurious toiletries from Fine Scottish Soaps are provided for all guests.

We have a family bathroom on the landing, with a large walk-in shower, free standing bathtub, toilet and sink. There is a jack-and-jill ensuite shower room, accessed between Bedrooms 2 & 3, with a shower, sink and toilet. We also have an additional shower room downstairs, just off the utility room.

The entire property is available for guests to use. Killiegowan is located on a quiet street in Cults and has a lovely secluded feel while still within walking distance of shops, cafes and amenities. There is a large driveway surrounding the property with plenty of parking space for 3-4 cars. There is a beautiful lawn to the front of the property, with our summer house which features a dining table to enjoy during warmer weather.

The Deeside Way can be accessed from the end of the road - a fantastic paved route running from Banchory to Aberdeen along the old railway line, which is great for walking and cycling. There are a number of fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and pubs just a short walk from the house. Aberdeen’s city centre is very accessible - just a short 15 minute drive from the property or a short bus ride away. Killiegowan is in a great position for exploring the best of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We have a great range of family friendly activities, museums, galleries, parks and much more nearby.
