Charming 3 Bedroom Home in Jesmond - Pass the Keys
Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom terrace in the heart of Jesmond — a spacious, comfortable family home perfect for up to 5 guests. Located in one of Newcastle’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, you’ll be just minutes from Jesmond Dene, Osborne Road, local cafés, and easy transport links into the city centre.
PLEASE BE AWARE - This property is still used as family home and so we do have personal belongings in the house. Please consider this before booking many thanks.
Our home offers a warm and welcoming space designed for comfort and practicality. Ideal for families, visiting professionals, or small groups looking for a relaxed and stylish base.

The house blends classic Jesmond terrace charm with modern touches, creating a relaxed home-from-home feel.

Guests will have full private access to the entire property during their stay apart from the top floor bedroom which we have locked to store personal items.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.
PARKING
The street parking is by permit only. I am able to provide a parking permit for one car for each night of your stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The
property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned
linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service
before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property
and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
