The bright living area is centred around a feature fireplace and wall mounted television, creating a cosy focal point for relaxing evenings. A comfortable single sofa bed offers flexible additional sleeping space without compromising on style. Soft neutral tones, plush textures and carefully selected cushions add depth and character, while large windows allow natural light to pour in, enhancing the contemporary yet homely décor. The dedicated dining area features natural wood furnishings and simple, refined finishes, making it ideal for enjoying meals together or working remotely in comfort. The sleek kitchen is finished with crisp white cabinetry and warm wooden worktops, fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
