Authentic Istrian Apartments Villa Zambratija is a family house, pet-friendly, and bicycle-friendly. The Istrian house is approximately 200 years old, completely renovated, and converted into three apartments with a large fenced yard. Situated in a quiet street not far from the sea, halfway between Umag and Savudrija, 5 minutes from the sandy and rocky beaches, tennis courts, and swimming pools. Bike paths along the coast, a distance of approximately 15 km. The golf courses are 3 km apart. Close to restaurants, wine cellars, sailing, scuba diving, and horseback riding make for an interesting end to this family, sports, and recreational tourism. The house is intended to accommodate 10 to 14 people or three families. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, SAT/TV, wireless internet, bicycle rental with extra charge, delivery of vegetables from the garden, etc. Pets are welcome, and a stay is extra charged.
