Stay in a Beautiful Townhouse in the Heart of Creative Antwerp

Welcome to our lovingly restored townhouse, nestled in one of the most vibrant and charming parts of Antwerp’s city center. Located near the School of Arts and the University, the neighborhood buzzes with creativity, young energy, and local flair.

On the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a light-filled open-plan living and dining space. The extendable dining table is perfect for larger gatherings or cozy family dinners at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Step outside for your morning coffee at the courtyard table, or settle into the sunny breakfast nook while the kids enjoy the dedicated playroom nearby.

Upstairs, on the first floor, you`ll find a relaxing salon and another cozy coffee corner by the window. The middle room houses the first master bedroom with a super-comfy queen bed and high-end linen sheets. Above it, a mezzanine offers an extra queen-sized floor mattress—ideal for two adults, though not recommended for small children due to its open design. Prefer not to climb? A sofa bed is available upon request. This floor also features a second kitchen and a full ensuite bathroom—perfect for longer stays.

The second and third floors each host a spacious master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a private kitchenette. Like the first floor, both rooms include mezzanines with additional queen-sized mattresses, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

Hungry? You’re in luck. Some of Antwerp’s best lunch spots are just minutes away. Our personal favorite is a little corner place run by the sweetest Colombian couple—their quinoa dishes are out of this world. Whether you`re dining in or grabbing takeout, you’ll be spoiled for choice.

Step outside and find yourself surrounded by the charm of the student quarter, with its picturesque streets and hidden gems like Ossenmarkt, Paardenmarkt, and the breathtaking Hendrik Conscienceplein—all just a short stroll away.

The town house has 4 floors apartments. You will have access to the entire house. The downstairs communal area is for hanging out, dining and lounging, the three upper floors have the beautiful ensuite apartments.

We want you to enjoy your stay, and we`re just a message away for any and all questions! We are locals and have lots of tips, tricks and favorite places to share should you need it!

It`s a lively neighbourhood in the University quarter and centre of the city. Near by most tourist attractions and museums. Plenty of coffee shops and lunch spots as well as shopping centre within walking distances.

Walking is great as the city is not that big and can be divided into different areas over the course of your stay. Bus and trams are available and can be paid with your credit card, day pass or online. Rental bikes as well as steps are available throughout the city.

The house is spread over four floors and includes several mezzanines—these cozy sleeping areas are great for adults or older kids but may not be suitable for small children due to the open layout and ladders.

If you prefer not to use the mezzanines, we can provide a comfortable sofa bed upon request in the living room —just let us know in advance.

This is a family-friendly home, and while it’s in the lively city center, the street itself is calm and tucked away from the main bustle.

Please be mindful of the neighbors and treat the house with care—it`s a special place that we love sharing with thoughtful guests.

Self check-in with a digital access code for the street door and once inside you will find a Lockbox with a code to retrieve the key to the different apartment floors. All details are provided a day before checking in.
We love hosting cheerful groups, but we are not a party place that allows for late night noise and external invites. Thank you for caring for the place the same way we do! :)
