Dieses charmante Juwel eines Hauses ist raffiniert und raffiniert und befindet sich in perfekter Lage im Herzen der Innenstadt von Cambria. Ideal für ein Paar mit einem kleinen pelzigen Freund, ist dieses Haus geschmackvoll, modern und hell, mit genau dem richtigen Maß an Gemütlichkeit. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants in unserer eklektischen Künstlervereinigung sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Lage weit genug entfernt, um friedliche Nächte zu verbringen, ideal, um die Sterne zu beobachten oder ein romantisches Glas Wein am Kamin zu genießen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master mit angeschlossenem Vollbad, Fußbodenheizung und Handtuchhalter, offenem Wohn- / Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit erstklassigen Geräten aus Edelstahl. Über dem Grundstück befindet sich ein fantastischer Außenbereich, der für ein Abendessen im Freien, einen Brunch oder einen Picknickbereich zur Mittagszeit seinesgleichen sucht. Great quiet location, cute remodel, nice neighborhood in walking distance to shops and restaurants. While no dog relief on site, good relief areas in walking distance. However, the property is minimally maintained. Bed is lumpy with dips, rugs are very dirty (we wore our shoes the entire time) bathroom shower did not drain, and seating is haphazard and uncomfortable. We stayed three days, with the strong smell of Fabulosa pervading the space. This could be a great rental if someone was more on top of details.

The location was perfect for checking out the charm of Cambria, hiking, excellent restaurants and unique shops! I would definitely stay here again! The Property Management Company provided excellent information about all there is to explore ... including info on local vets should the need arise. The cottage did have a doggie smell but the large fan minimized this. Truly a charming cottage in an ideal location. And the bed was amazing as stated other reviews!

We had a feeling of glamping yet we were in town just steps away from great eating and shopping. Cambria has been our August trip for several years now. While here we always visit nearby beach towns, walk the Fiscalini trail to Moonstone Beach and beyond, stop by to watch the elephant seals in San Simeon and hope to catch some random 60's music performances at Ragged Point.

Great little house, perfect location

This little gem of a cottage is just a block from Main St in the East Village. Easy walk to anything there. It is a perfect size for a couple or a single (like myself). Comfortable king bed, very well-equipped and stylish kitchen and bathroom. Check-n and out was easy. It’s advertised as a one-bedroom, but there is a small loft with another bed up a steep staircase. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Everything but the bed

The house is very cute and centrally located. All amenities BUT THE BED were very nice. The bed makes soooo much noise with the slightest movement. It’s impossible to ignore and not wake up. IF the bed is replaced - I would definitely stay again

Nicely updated house in downtown Cambria

We loved the house and appreciated the quality of the towels, bedding, and toilet paper. We loved being able to walk into town to shop and eat and enjoyed walking up to the top of Bridge Street to enjoy nature. The coffee maker worked, but was very old and slow. It might be nice to update it. We also had a question about parking and we called both the regular line and the after hours line and left messages. We never heard back from anyone. Luckily, it wasn't an emergency, but it would have been nice to have someone call us back as the paperwork states they will. Thank you.

It was very clean, comfortable, and the location was close to everything. The only negative inside was the king bed height was set very high and difficult to get into.Also, our golden retriever was able to escape the backyard from the opening beneath the deck's built-in benches. Some lattice would solve that. The stairs (32) to the deck area are steep...but a nice deck & view.We love Cambria, very charming...we'll visit again soon!

Excellent property management company assistance

The house is in a very convenient location in the town of Cambria and centered between Morro Bay and Ragged Point allowing for tons of beautiful area to explore. Due to a circumstance beyond the property managements (Scenic Coast Property Management) control I needed to be relocated. Valerie was in touch with me immediately and not only gave me four different homes to choose from, but she actually took the time to speak to me about each individual house and made sure I picked the right one for rest of my vacation needs. The house they moved me into was and upgrade as well and I was not charged extra for it. It's nice to know that I can depend on someone like Valerie and SCPM to be there if needed. I will definitely be using their services whenever I visit the central coast.
