Casa Azul, once a popular wine bar known for its unique design and vibrant atmosphere, has been beautifully transformed into a stylish villa designed for relaxation and effortless living.



The living area is bright and full of character, reflecting the property’s history while offering a welcoming ambiance. It blends seamlessly with the kitchen space and includes two single sofa beds, creating an inviting setting for gathering and unwinding. A Smart TV is available for entertainment, and air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the day.



The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and dining, providing all necessary utensils and cookware for easy meal preparation. A large wooden dining table accommodates several guests with ease, perfect for shared dinners and memorable evenings.



On the upper floor, the villa features one bedroom with a double bed, along with an open mezzanine offering an additional double bed, providing well-designed sleeping arrangements.
