Welcome to my apartment!
Step into a bright and welcoming living space where comfort meets convenience. The living room features a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and a TV for enjoying your favourite shows. Large windows let in plenty of natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A dining table is also available, ideal for shared meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare meals. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other useful appliances for your stay. A washing machine is also available for your convenience at the terrace.
The apartment offers two pleasant bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The first bedroom also provides access to a balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy fresh air. All beds are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom includes a shower and all essential amenities to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, conveniently located near Arrábida Shopping and local cafés and restaurants. Guests can easily explore the Gaia riverside, famous wine cellars, and enjoy panoramic views from Jardim do Morro. With quick access to Porto’s historic center and the Douro River, it’s an ideal base for shopping, sightseeing, and relaxing in the region
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Coimbrões, serving the Linha de Leixões and Linha de Aveiro services, is about a 20–25‑minute walk from the property (there are closer bus stops just a few minutes on foot).
For metro services, stations such as Câmara de Gaia and João de Deus on Line D of the Porto Metro are also reachable via a short bus ride or a moderate walk, connecting you quickly to Porto’s city centre.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15‑minute drive from the property by car or taxi.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
