The accommodation is set alongside the farm shop parking area, and also overlooks the fruit and vegetable plants with countryside views overlooking Woodbury Common in the distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a homecooked meal, and the dining table provides the perfect space for everyone to gather round to enjoy it. The Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is located only a 5-minute drive away. This property is a superb base for a family or a group of friends looking to explore the town’s pebbly beach, coastal paths and a range of restaurants, shops and cafés. Take in the beautiful views of the Jurassic Coast, which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history. The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the various parks and gardens. Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust, and the nationally renowned South West Coast Path can easily be accessed.
