C-Dream is a cosy and modern holiday apartment in Blankenberge for up to 6 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms. It is located close to the beach and offers a partial sea view. Situated near the seafront promenade, restaurants and many activities, it is comfortably furnished with a spacious living area, open kitchen and a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay by the sea.



The Space:

The apartment has a large open living space with a modern kitchen. The living room includes a flatscreen TV and a comfortable sofa bed that can easily be converted into a bed for 2 persons. Through the large sliding window you can enjoy a partial sea view. The fully renovated kitchen is well equipped with all comforts, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and combi microwave oven.



There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and sufficient wardrobe space. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink. The toilet is located separately in the hallway for extra comfort.



In the basement of the residence you can make free use of the bicycle storage. Finally, the apartment enjoys a prime location in Blankenberge, close to the beach, the promenade and numerous cosy brasseries, restaurants and activities.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
