Self check-in by lockbox. Please note the house spans four floors with stairs , wonderful for active families, worth bearing in mind if anyone has limited mobility.

Beach House is one of the Norfolk coast's prettiest seaside spots , picturesque streets, a genuinely friendly local feel, and the sea just few minutes on foot. Start the morning with a walk along the beach, then wander back for coffee.

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Squires House.



Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer free parking in the off-road area, car port, and single garage, including an EV charging point for your convenience.



The hot tub is available upon request for an additional fee of £200. To ensure a secure and comfortable stay, all guests are required to complete a pre-check-in process before arrival, which includes ID verification, agreement to our terms and conditions, and a security deposit of £500..
