This modern two-level loft is designed to offer comfort, functionality, and style in a compact and well-organized space. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with a sofa, TV, and a vibrant tropical wallpapered wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, and a dining area with table and chairs.

A designer staircase with wooden steps and a glass railing leads to the mezzanine, where you'll find a double bed and a workspace with a desk—perfect for remote working.

The bathroom is modern and well-finished, featuring a walk-in shower with rain head, washing machine, bidet, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The entire apartment is designed to provide a pleasant, natural, and relaxing atmosphere, with wooden details, decorative plants, and natural light streaming in through the windows.



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
