The space
Welcome to Calabreeze, a stylish and flexible apartment designed to suit different types of travellers.
The apartment features two private bedrooms — Breeze and Riviera — each with its own en-suite bathroom, and can be booked as individual rooms or together as an entire apartment, depending on your stay.
Each bedroom includes a double bed, with alternative bed setups available on request, making the space suitable for a third guest or a child.
The apartment also offers a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to Netflix and Disney+, providing a comfortable and relaxing base for both short and extended stays.
🌿 Breakfast experience:
Each guest receives a Calabreeze Breakfast Token valid at our local partner bar. The token includes one selected combination:
• 1 coffee or cappuccino + 1 croissant
or
• 1 fruit juice + 1 croissant
Additional items can be purchased directly at the bar.
🌱 Sustainability note: Calabreeze is thoughtfully managed with sustainability in mind. Part of the apartment’s energy comes from solar panels, and smart systems are used to optimise hot water and energy use while ensuring guest comfort.

Guest access
Guests booking Calabreeze – Entire Apartment enjoy exclusive access to the full property.
The apartment includes an entrance hall, two private bedrooms — Breeze and Riviera — each with its own en-suite bathroom, and one open-plan space combining a fully equipped kitchen and living area.
No spaces are shared with other guests.
All guests have access to free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and streaming services, including Netflix and Disney+.
Check-in is via self check-in. Detailed access instructions and codes are shared privately on the day of arrival, once check-in formalities are completed.

Other things to note
Sleeping arrangements: Each bedroom is prepared with a double bed as standard. A foldable single bed is automatically prepared for bookings of 3 guests per room.
If two guests prefer separate beds, please let us know at the time of booking or at least one day before arrival. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and may involve an additional preparation charge.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• No pets
Parking: Street parking is free nearby. Guests may also use the residential parking area just behind the building, shared with the residents of this block, including the building where Calabreeze is located. It’s an open, easy-to-access space, right by the apartment.
