Ideal for families or friends who want to have a memorable holiday in the pretty town of Llançà on the Costa Brava. Situated in a quiet area 900 metres from Cau del Llop beach and 2 kms from the town and the shops and restaurants.
There is a private parking space outside.
Going into the apartment, there is a bright open space where the lounge-dining room is, with a sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and 6 chairs and cupboards. This room has large windows and leads directly out to the terrace with views. From the dining area, you go into the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, Philips Senseo coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker and tableware.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one of which has direct access to the terrace. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the terrace there is a small table and 2 chairs, an awning and spectacular views of the sea and coast.
Air-conditioning in the lounge-dining room, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Pets are welcome.
