The flat comfortably accommodates two guests and features one well-proportioned bedroom with a double sized bed. There is one bathroom fitted with a shower and bath combination, ideal for both quick mornings and relaxed evenings. The property is located on the ground floor, offering easy access.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa and a dedicated dining area that works well for meals at home or remote working. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including an induction hob, making it easy to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a relaxed dinner after a day exploring London. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location 0.5 miles away from the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
