Settle into a bright, single-storey two-bedroom home in South Bristol (Knowle West/Filwood area), around 2 miles from the city centre. With patio doors that open straight onto a private garden, plus free parking in the residents’ car park, it’s a comfortable and practical base for couples, families, friends, colleagues, and longer stays.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming open-plan living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for day-to-day ease—WiFi plus an Ethernet connection, a washer and dishwasher, and a dining table that works just as well for meals as it does for remote working. It’s also handy for Bristol Temple Meads and well-placed for getting into the centre.

The open-plan layout makes it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together, whether you’re here for a weekend break, visiting friends and family, or working in the city.

Entrance and access:
-Private entrance into the home.
-You will have full, exclusive use of the entire house, including the private garden/patio area. There are no shared indoor spaces.

Living, dining, and working:
-Comfortable living room seating and TV.
-Patio doors opening directly onto the garden.
-Dining table suitable for meals and working, plus a dedicated workspace.

Kitchen:
-A compact, well-equipped kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes/cutlery, wine glasses

Bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1: Double bed
-Bedroom 2: IKEA day bed that extends to a slightly larger than double bed

Bathroom:
-One shower room with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap/shower gel, and a hair dryer

Location
The home is in South Bristol (Knowle West/Filwood area), with a mainly residential feel and useful everyday amenities nearby, including shops and services around Filwood Broadway. For a peaceful walk and a bit of local history, Arnos Vale Cemetery in nearby Brislington offers green space and Victorian monuments.

Getting around
-You don’t need a car for Bristol, but it can be convenient for day trips and luggage.
-Buses run into central Bristol; journeys to “The Centre” are typically around 20 minutes, depending on stops and traffic.
-Bristol Temple Meads is a short drive/taxi ride away from Filwood.
-For flights, the Bristol Airport Flyer (A1) provides a direct link between Bristol Bus Station/city centre, Temple Meads and Bristol Airport (timetables vary by day).

Extra charges
-Pets: £20 each per stay (maximum 2 pets)

Booking policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
