Parks & Recreation: You are steps away from the beautiful Grīziņkalns Park and the charming Ziedoņdārzs, perfect for morning jogs or sunset strolls.

Local Vibe: This area is famous for its unique 19th-century wooden architecture. Just a 10-15 minute walk away is the Tallinas Kvartāls—a creative hub filled with street art, craft beer spots, and a lively atmosphere.

Easy Access: The city center and the Old Town are only 10 minutes away by public transport or a 30-minute walk through Riga`s historic streets.

Public Transport: There are several stops just 2–5 minutes away.

Trolleybus #5 or #13 will take you directly to the Central Station and the edge of the Old Town in about 12–15 minutes.

Buses #3 or #6 are also great options for reaching the city center quickly.

Walking: If you enjoy walking, the historic Old Town is a 30–35 minute stroll away through the beautiful streets of the Quiet Center and Ziedoņdārzs park.

Taxis & Ride-sharing: Bolt (the most popular app in Latvia) works perfectly here. A ride to the Old Town usually takes 7–10 minutes and costs around €4–€7.

Train: The Zemitāni station is within walking distance (approx. 10 mins). From there, you can catch a train to the white-sand beaches of Saulkrasti or the scenic Gauja National Park in Sigulda.

Scooters & Bikes: In the warmer months, Bolt or Tuul electric scooters are available on almost every corner.

Public Transport: A bus stop is right next to the building, and trolleybus stops are just a few steps away, whisking you to the Old Town in about 12 minutes.

Day Trips: A 10-minute walk takes you to Zemitāni Train Station. From here, you can skip the city center traffic and head straight to the white-sand beaches of Saulkrasti or the stunning valley of Sigulda.
