The space
As you walk through the door you are welcomed into a clutter free clean space, the downstairs of the property is homely and inviting, with a large living area. The rooms are open plan but allow for separate spaces, the front allows for a cosy evening chilling in front of the television or a good book, whilst the other side of the room has been created for games, Lego or creating a larger social space for everyone to come together. You can also access the garden through this room, a small bistro set allows you to relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea outside whilst still being in ear shot of the kids.
You will find an array of games and kid’s books on the shelves for your use, we do ask if your little one starts a book and can’t imagine leaving without it that you just trade one for the one you take, please.

The hallway opens to a great little nook under the stairs where you will find space to hang coats and leave shoes out of your way.

This then leads you into the dining space with a large wooden dining table able to seat 6, we have also included a quaint little desk which allows the kids to sit if they wanted their own area to eat. From there you can continue through to the large, well-equipped kitchen.

In the kitchen you have use of all appliances and cookware, this includes, microwave, Nespresso pod machine, toaster, kettle, oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There will be tea, coffee and basic condiments for you to enjoy. Please read the welcome pack as that will give you all the information you need to know about our recycling and waste.

Through from the kitchen is the backdoor leading to a large split level private garden, there is a washing line for your use, you will also find ‘poo’ bags provided if needed to make sure you clean up after our furry guests.

The main bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, you have a large space with bath and separate shower unit. There are complementary products and towels for your use.

Upstairs you will find a large double bedroom at the front of the house, a double bedroom to the middle and a small single at the back of the house.
There is a toilet next to the small room.
All bedrooms have clothes rails dressing tables, bedding and towels provided. The larger rooms have full length mirrors, and the small room has a sweet little nightlight if needed.

Overall, the space is a home from home, a beautifully presented property that allows you to feel its comfort and lived in ambiance.
